Solve Your Touch Sensor AV Controls Problems on Sony Vaio VGN-CS320J with This Driver Update
i have spent a lot of time on this and have not found anything that works. i have gotten the oem software to work but the touch screen does not work. i have been told that the oem software can not be updated by microsoft to work with the touch screen and that the software i have has to be the same as the software that shipped with the computer. i have not been able to find the oem software that comes with this computer. i have found nothing that works. i have been told that the dell disc i have has this software on it. i have tried every program that i can find that is in the microsoft catalog update. i have tried every program that is in the dell disc, the dell disc, i have tried the intel driver. nothing has worked. i have tried everything i can think of to get this touch screen to work and it has not worked. i have no drivers, no software, no programs, and nothing. the only thing i have found is that if i copy the touch screen driver software from a working laptop, install it in my computer, and then it works.

i'm using a sony vaio fs/c series (model number: vpc-f12e1e), and i have the same problem with the pointing device.. i can get to the fn keys, but they are not recognized by my computer. it's about a week since i bought the laptop, and i'm the first with this problem.
